I had a pleasant stay here with a convenient location close to tourist attractions. The reception staff were efficient and friendly, always willing to help out with any requests. The hotel facilities were clean and the air conditioning in my room was a huge plus. The breakfast was included and the masala dosa was delicious.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and we appreciated the fact that it was included in the price. the hotel's location was convenient and allowed us to easily reach the city's main tourist attractions. we had a room with a nice view, which was enjoyable.
The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, and we had to call reception several times for housekeeping to fix things. It was also disappointing that some basic amenities were not provided and we had to go out and purchase them ourselves.

Convenient location, efficient reception staff, and easy check-in process.
Unpleasant odor in the rooms, poorly kept facilities, stains on bedsheets and walls, and lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was unappetizing and had limited options.
